Sealife Centre Weymouth
Explore the awe-inspiring zones of this highly-rated Weymouth attraction including the rainforest, shipwreck and turtle sanctuary. The whole family will enjoy getting up close with fascinating creatures, including sharks, otters and penguins.
Sandworld
Featuring the work of some of the world’s leading sand sculptors, Sandworld opens its doors in April for visitors to marvel at the incredible sand sculptures on display. Each year the sculptures follow different themes. This year it’s Science Fiction.
Weymouth Harbour
Take a stroll around the town’s atmospheric harbour, watching the boats come and go, and enjoy some seafood at one of the many restaurants.
Lodmoor Country Park

The Tank Museum
Located in nearby Bovington, The Tank Museum is home to over 300 tanks and other military vehicles and offers a fascinating insight into the history of armoured warfare. With seven large exhibition halls, there’s plenty to see. Plan your visit to coincide with a display of the vehicles in action with commentary and mock battles!
Weymouth Museum
Explore the town’s rich history and heritage at Weymouth Museum which features exhibits on everything from the Jurassic Coast to the town’s role in the D-Day landings.
The Tudor House
Visit this 16th-century house in nearby Fortuneswell, which has been beautifully restored to its original Tudor appearance and features exhibits on local history. Abbotsbury Swannery
Pay a visit to this unique attraction set within 25 acres and home to a colony of over 600 swans. During nesting and hatching season from May to June, you may be lucky enough to see a cygnet hatch before your very eyes! Abbotsbury Swannery also offers visitors the chance to hand-feed swans during certain times of the day.
