Impeccable Presentation: From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice our park’s pristine conditions. The grounds are spotless, with no litter in sight thanks to our hardworking grounds team. Despite the challenging topography, our leisure and sporting facilities are meticulously maintained. 

Spotless Interiors & Exteriors: Every corner of our park is tended to, from the immaculate interiors of our buildings to the beautifully maintained holiday homes to our modern reception area complete with a welcoming atmosphere, coffee machine and tourist information. The on-park signage is clear, helping you to navigate all we have on offer. 

Stargazy Bar & Grill: Indulge in a meal at our beautifully landscaped on-park bar and grill, complete with a charming herb garden. There’s also space for regular live music and entertainment.

Fishing Lakes: Our on-park fishing lakes have been further enhanced and are now stocked with a variety of fish, making them a favourite spot for guests to relax. 

Nature-Friendly Efforts: We’re committed to sustainability, as evidenced by our Gold Award for nature-friendly practices. Our park boasts an abundance of bird boxes, bee hives, and bat boxes alongside newly planted trees and shrubs that enhance the natural beauty of the park and contribute positively to the preservation of surrounding nature. 

Ongoing Improvements: Big plans are underway, including the rebuilding of our current indoor pool into a larger, more modern facility. We’re also planning to add a bus shelter made from recycled materials and have recently completed the stunning new developments on park: Seaton Sands and Tredinnick Downs.
