In 2024, our parks, guests, owners and team members came together to raise an incredible total of £34,864 for two local charities close to our hearts: Dorset Mind and Weldmar Hospicecare.
Through a variety of fundraising events and activities across our four holiday parks in Dorset and Cornwall, we successfully raised £17,657 for Dorset Mind and £17,207 for Weldmar Hospicecare. These vital funds will go a long way in supporting the essential work these organisations do - providing mental health support and hospice care to those who need it most.
Bringing the Community Together for a Great Cause
From fun-filled evenings to endurance challenges, our fundraising efforts spanned a range of activities designed to bring people together while supporting two worthy causes. Some highlights included:
- Regular Bingo Evenings - Giving guests the chance to win prizes while contributing to our fundraising efforts
- 10-Hour Cycle Relay Competition - A friendly but fierce challenge between our teams at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa and Chesil Beach Holiday Park
