What kind of holiday homes are for sale?
We offer an exceptional selection of holiday homes to suit varying budgets and tastes, ranging from premium, modern static caravans to bespoke, state-of-the-art luxury coastal lodges. We partner with leading British manufacturers—including ABI, Swift, and Carnaby—to provide spacious 2 and 3-bedroom layouts complete with contemporary interiors, high-spec kitchens, and optional outdoor decking packages.
What do site fees include, and what additional running costs should I factor in?
We believe in absolute transparency from the outset. Your annual running costs include your pitch site fees, non-domestic business rates, water, and sewerage. Costs to budget for privately outside of this include holiday home insurance (starting from approximately £200 per year) and your annual gas and electricity consumption. To help you budget effectively, our average owner utility costs for 2025 were £600 for electricity and £400 for gas.
Can I live in my holiday home permanently?
No. Our holiday homes and luxury lodges are designed for holiday, leisure, and recreational use only. They cannot be used as a primary residence or a permanent address. All owners must maintain a primary residential address elsewhere, which helps us protect and preserve the holiday-exclusive community culture across our parks.
Can I let out my holiday home to help offset costs?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our owners significantly offset their annual site fees and running costs by utilising our Let2HelpOffset programme. When you are not using your luxury holiday home, our expert on-site marketing and hospitality teams handle everything—from guest bookings, check-ins, and key handling to professional cleaning and minor inventory top-ups. It is completely effortless income designed entirely around your personal calendar for a fixed rate commission of just 22% + VAT.
Can I part-exchange my current holiday home, tourer, or motorhome?
Yes, we make part-exchanging smooth sailing. Whether you are looking to upgrade your existing static caravan for more space or transition away from a touring caravan or motorhome, we offer a hassle-free 5-step process. We will arrange a professional on-park appraisal of your current asset to determine its valuation, which can then be directly contributed toward the deposit of your new dream holiday home.
Are your holiday parks pet-friendly?
Yes, our coastal parks are completely pet-friendly! We understand that dogs are an indispensable part of the family, which is why your furry friends are more than welcome to enjoy your private coastal retreat, explore our park walks, and relax across our locations alongside you.
Can I visit and view the holiday homes before making a decision?
We highly recommend it. You can book a complimentary, zero-pressure Personal Park Visit to experience a day on park as an owner. You will get to meet our friendly ownership team, enjoy our five-star facilities, and tour a range of available holiday homes and prime pitches. There is no commitment necessary, and you can bring the whole family along to enjoy lunch on us with a £30 voucher to use onsite.
