Part Exchange Your Holiday Home With Waterside

You haven't got to plan the holiday. If we look and see that the weather is going to be nice for the next 3 days, we can come here.

We came to look at it and that was it. Just fell in love with the view. We didn't even see the furniture. 

We love it. It's a very very popular place, which we enjoy spending a lot of our time down here in the summer and spring.

When we were looking for a holiday home, we did actually look at buying a flat or a bungalow down here. This feels like being on holiday as opposed to just going to another house somewhere.

It's a different feeling when you walk in that door and sit down and see this view, it really makes you feel good.

On this site it's so relaxed and quiet and you know the greenery and everything. Why would you want to be anywhere different when you've got this?

We come down here quite often in the Winter because there are less people. We can go into town, we can get into a restaurant without any problem so we use this all year round. We use it as much in the Winter as we do in the Summer.

We're so lucky to have such lucky people around us, and we've got a good community now, lots of friends.

People want it for different things don't they. We want to come and relax and don't have to think about the house at home or anything else that's going on. But some people don't want that, some people rent out who don't want to be here all the time but, we want to be here all the time. We bought it for us to enjoy.

It's a lifestyle and it's the convenience as well for us. We could've bought a place abroad but, then you've got to book flights and plan it. We wouldn't have used it as much as we use this place.

We also go over to Bowleaze and use the spa because they do special deals for us. And also you've got a good bus service here so it's easy to get across.

People come down and fall in love with it don't they. It's a home from home for us. We're so lucky aren't we.

We can literally step outside, straight up the coast path and walk for miles, it's lovely.

It's quite social here really, because they do lots of things in the venue. We have some really good times at the owners events.

They allowed us to go on to the website and choose the lodge. Very good because you can choose everything, all the colours, furniture, flooring, curtains, blinds, everything, very good.
