3. Fossil Hunting at Charmouth

Unearth a piece of history as you search for fossils along the shores of Charmouth - the ultimate beach for fossil hunting. Join a guided fossil hunting tour or simply wander the beach on your own - either way, you’re sure to stumble upon fascinating remnants of prehistoric life. Rocky landslides are common to occur so just be mindful to avoid going near the base of the cliffs.

4. Climb Golden Cap

Lace up your hiking boots and conquer the highest point on the Jurassic Coast - Golden Cap, the longest south west coast path. From the summit, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding coastline and rolling countryside, making it a must-visit destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
