To get started, search for ‘Waterside Holiday Group’ on the App Store or Google Play Store and hit download to get started. Once your new favourite app has finished installing, select the park that you’re visiting and login with your unique holiday booking reference.
Once you’re logged in, that’s when the fun begins! You will have the option to scroll through all of the facilities your chosen park has to offer, from our heated swimming pools to the on-site bars and restaurants that you can book directly through the app.
Fancy venturing outside of the park? We’ve also included a ‘local attractions’ page, so you can explore all of the spectacles that the surrounding area has to offer.
In the meantime, your personal holiday dashboard will be keeping you up to date with the weather, as well as counting down the sleeps until your holiday with us begins.
