What if Waterside need to change your booking?

If We Change Your Holiday

On very rare occasions we may need to amend or even cancel your booking. In the unfortunate case that you are affected, we will advise you at the earliest possible opportunity and offer one of the three following options.

A replacement holiday that is similar or better than the one you booked.
A replacement holiday that is less expensive than the one you booked with the refund of any price difference as appropriate
A full refund.

Needless to say, you will also receive a full apology for the inconvenience caused.
