Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The Silver Card is eligible for guests staying in Classic, superior and Deluxe accommodation at Bowleaze Cove, Chesil Beach and Tregoad Holiday Parks.
The Gold Card is eligible for guests staying in Lodges, Safari Lodges and Signature accommodation at all four parks.
The card is issued one per holiday booking, for registered guests linked to the booking only, and is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or reproduced.
Validity
The Card is valid from the start date of the guest’s holiday booking.
- the end date of the guest’s holiday stay, or
- 7 July 2026.
Cards will automatically expire after this date and cannot be reinstated or extended.
Discount Application
The Card entitles the holder to a 5% discount on eligible F&B purchases made in person (“face-to-face”) at Waterside outlets.
The Silver Card discount applies only at point of sale (not available for app purchases), must be presented at the time of purchase, and is food and beverage items only.
The Silver Card excludes:
- Retail merchandise
- Accommodation charges
- Pre-booked packages or online purchases
- Any third-party concessions unless expressly stated
Interaction with other offers
The Silver Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers, unless Waterside explicitly confirms otherwise.
Misuse and Operational Conditions
- Refuse application of the discount where the Card is not presented
- Request proof of entitlement where misuse is suspected
Lost, stolen, or damaged Cards:
- Will not be replaced
- Invalid Cards will not be honoured
- Fraudulent use
- Transfer to non-entitled individuals
may result in:
- Immediate withdrawal of the Card
- Refusal of future participation in promotions
Liability
- Any loss arising from misuse, loss, or unauthorised use of the Card
- Any indirect or consequential loss relating to the promotion
These Terms do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time
- Withdraw or suspend the promotion without prior notice where reasonably necessary (including operational or commercial reasons)
