What’s New for 2026 at Waterside

Our much-loved Sports Bar is undergoing a full refurbishment this winter and will reopen for the 2026 season as The Arena Sports Bar.

Designed to feel brighter, more social and more comfortable, the new-look space will feature improved seating, interactive darts, shuffleboard, a contemporary finish and a more open layout - perfect for post-activity drinks, family time or settling in to watch the big match. Whether you’re celebrating a win, enjoying evening entertainment or catching up with friends, The Arena will be the place to be.

Fitness fans can look forward to a seriously upgraded gym experience. Our refreshed gym will include brand-new cardio equipment such as Stairmasters, treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals, upright bikes and a Wattbike for performance-led training.

Strength and functional training areas will also be enhanced with new machines, a functional trainer and a full dumbbell rack with bench, alongside a refreshed stretch and recovery zone to help you cool down and reset.

We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new dog agility course at Bowleaze Cove. Set within our dedicated dog exercise field, it’s designed to keep dogs active, stimulated and happy whether they’re agility pros or first-time jumpers.

It’s just one more way we’re making sure your four-legged family members enjoy their holiday just as much as you do.

Beach days are better with dogs - sandy paws included. That’s why we’re adding a dog wash station to the Southside area at Bowleaze Cove. It’s the perfect spot to rinse off after sandy adventures before heading back to your holiday home.

Our spa facilities are getting an indulgent upgrade with a brand-new Experience Shower. Featuring mood lighting and revitalising water settings, it’s designed to enhance relaxation and elevate your spa visit before or after treatments.

We’re welcoming a collection of new Accessible, Classic, Superior and Deluxe holiday homes at Bowleaze Cove for 2026.

Each model has been thoughtfully designed with modern interiors, fresh finishes and comfortable layouts to create a relaxing, home-from-home feel - whether you’re booking a short break or a longer coastal escape.

Our Main Reception and Leisure Complex Reception at Bowleaze Cove has also received a light décor refresh, creating brighter, more modern and welcoming spaces for guests and owners alike.

Guests at Chesil Beach will also benefit from the same gym upgrades arriving for 2026 at Bowleaze Cove. Expect new cardio machines, enhanced strength equipment and improved recovery areas - ideal for staying active while enjoying your coastal break.
