During our Experience Days the Sales Team will discuss these in detail with you and help you find the best options for you. Our Costs Explained

Understanding what's included in the price of your holiday home and what's not, what upfront costs and ongoing costs you need to factor in, and extras you might want to consider is imperative to happy holiday home ownership. 

That's why we're upfront with our Site Fees and Running Costs from the outset. 

Running cost rates include non domestic business rates, water and sewerage.

What's Not Included?

To support you on your journey to Ownership, we also think it's important to equip you with the knowledge of what is not included in our costs. 

  • Insurance

    Protect your new asset and give yourself peace of mind with holiday home insurance from £200. This is a requirement for you to arrange privately. 

  • Decking

    If your holiday home of choice is already equipped with decking this will be included in the final price. However, if it does not come complete with a deck, this will require an additional cost to instal. Our Sales Team will guide you through the decking options and prices. 

  • Gas and Electricity

    You are responsible for paying gas and electricity bills throughout the year. Average yearly costs for 2025 were £600 for electricity and £400 for Gas.
