General Terms

1. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read and accepted them in full before participating.

2. Participation in the promotion is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over who currently own a holiday home and are account holders at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, Osmington Mills Lodge Park or Tregoad Holiday Park. Employees of Waterside, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners), or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded from participation. By participating in the promotion you are confirming you meet this criteria. You may only participate in the campaign once.

3. Your personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation and our privacy terms and conditions.

4. The promotion period runs from 00:01 GMT on 6th March 2026 to 23:59 BST on 04th May 2026.

5. To enter the promotion, participants must complete the following ‘Part Exchange Appointment Process’:

• Contact the Ownership (/Sales) Team to book an appointment.

• Allow the Sales Team to appraise your holiday home.

• Join a Sales Executive for three holiday home viewings and provide feedback.

• Receive a non-obligatory quote to upgrade your existing holiday home.

• To gain the opportunity to freeze your site fees for three years or win other prizes, you must take part in the following:

• Bring the token mailed to your permanent home address by Waterside in the post to your chosen park. Insert the token into the gumball machine and twist the mechanism to release a gumball. The gumball will contain a prize within it. Claim your prize from the Ownership Lounge.

 No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion or qualify for prizes.

1. By taking part, each entrant grants the Promoter a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in their entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion. Entrants confirm they have the rights necessary to grant this license and that their participation complies with all applicable laws.

2. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to Waterside sharing your name via social media or email when announcing winners.

3. The main prize is freezing your site fees for three years and can be won by any of Waterside’s holiday home owners who hold an account with either Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, Osmington Mills Lodge Park or Tregoad Holiday Park. Owners can take part in the process at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park or Tregoad Holiday Park.

4. The prizes are non refundable, non transferable and no cash (or other) alternative is available. If you win the opportunity to freeze your site fees by taking part in this campaign, Waterside Holiday Group will not increase the amount of your site fees for three years (until the season beginning in 2030).

5. If you win the freezing of your site fees and then leave Waterside before the beginning of your 2030 season, you will not receive a refund, full or partial, for your 2026, 2027, 2028 or 2029 site fees.

6. If you are to win the freezing of your site fees prize, from 2030 your site fee banding will be reinstated as per your pitch licence agreement, to include increases from 2026, 2027, 2028 & 2029. It will not resume at the 2026 rate.

Other prizes

1. Spa Voucher: If you win a voucher for 50% off spa treatments at Bowleaze Cove Spa, you’ll receive a unique booking code to use at checkout when booking online via the Fresha link. Each code can be used once per winner. Please bring your voucher (with your name clearly shown) and your owner’s card with you to your appointment.

2. £30 Food Voucher: If you win a £30 food voucher, it can be redeemed at any of our food outlets across the four parks, including: Drift Bar & Grill, Southside Pizza, The Arena Sports Bar, The Doghouse, The Frostbite, The Shack, The Venue, The Takeaway, Breeze Bar & Grill, The Country Club or Stargazy Bar & Grill. If you are redeeming your £30 food voucher against a bill of £30 or less, there is no need to swipe your Owners' Card. If you are using your £30 food voucher as part payment towards a bill exceeding £30, please swipe your Owners' Card to ensure your Owner discount is applied to the remaining balance.

3. Southside Funfair Wristband: If you win a Southside Funfair wristband, it must be collected from Southside Funfair at Bowleaze Cove and used by 1st November 2026.

4. £10 Drinks Voucher: If you win a £10 drinks voucher, you will be given x2 'Have a Drink on Us' vouchers. They can be redeemed at any of our drinks outlets across the four parks, including: Drift Bar & Grill, Southside Pizza, The Arena Sports Bar, The Doghouse, The Frostbite, The Shack, The Venue, The Takeaway, Breeze Bar & Grill, The Country Club or Stargazy Bar & Grill. If you are redeeming the drinks vouchers to cover the cost of two drinks only, there is no need to swipe your Owners' Card. If you are using the drinks vouchers as part payment towards a larger bill exceeding £10, please ensure you swipe your Owners' Card so that your Owner discount is still applied to the remaining balance.

5. Keyrings: If you win a keyring, your Sales Executive will present it to you at the end of your appointment.

In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. Moderation

Moderation & Liability

1. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion and sole discretion of the Promoter, are in breach of the Terms and Conditions No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, do not comply with entry criteria or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Participants may only enter the promotion once.

2. Appointments for participation must be booked and take place within the validity period: 6th March 2026 – 4th May 2026.
