Group Sales Manager - Scott has been part of the Waterside group since 2019. During this time, he's worked across all of the parks, including spending a year at Tregoad. His broad experience has given him a strong understanding of the parks, its customers, and its owners. Scott enjoys supporting the team to deliver outstanding service and takes pride in helping customers and owners find their ideal holiday home.
Senior Sales Executive - Sham has been helping families buy holiday homes since 2006, he enjoys getting to know families from all different walks of life and seeing how holiday home ownership can enhance their lifestyles. He has fantastic knowledge of the park and products to ensure he can find the right package for you.
Sales Executive - Harry Potter has been part of the sales team since 2018, making the leap from working behind the bars to helping customers find their dream holiday homes. With over 14 years of experience across all three Weymouth parks, Harry brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, down-to-earth approach to helping every guest find the perfect fit.
Assistant Sales Manager - Sam has been part of the Waterside team since July 2019. With a passion for helping customers find their perfect holiday home, Sam brings a friendly and professional approach to every interaction. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping active at the gym, watching sport, and taking walks along the beautiful Dorset coast.
Senior Sales Executive - Lou is proud to hold the title of longest serving team member at Waterside. Having started in sales on the 1st October 1987, she certainly has seen her fair share of changes and improvements to the park. She loves nothing more than catching up with owners, regardless of how long they have owned for, finding out how they and their family are. She adopts an open door policy and is happy to help everyone. If you can't find her at work you will probably find her on a racecourse somewhere in the country. Horses are as much a passion as The Waterside Holiday Group is!
Sales Executive - Vinny has been part of the sales team since 2022 and is passionate about helping families find their perfect holiday home and holiday park by the coast. As a family man himself, he understands how important it is to create lasting memories together. Vinny believes purchasing a holiday home should feel exciting, stress-free, and above all, an experience the whole family can enjoy together.
Sales Manager - Stuart has been helping families find their lifestyle dreams since 2008 and is very proud to have only worked on three different holiday parks since 2009! It’s given him the opportunity to build genuine long-term relationships with customers. Waterside have always been renowned for quality, culture and reputation in the holiday park space, and so Stuart was delighted to become part of the team in 2023. Tregoad is such a special park with the local area offering so much for our owners. Speaking of which, we are truly blessed with a fantastic community of owners here, a special bunch indeed!
Sales Executive - Alistair has got 20 years of experience helping people choose the right holiday home for their family. With Cornwall being his favourite county, he loves nothing more than giving recommendations of tried and tested spots to explore. The part of Tregoad that he loves is that it offers the opportunity to explore not only Cornwall, but Devon too, making it a fantastic location for long term family holidays.

They’re your go-to people for everything from maintenance queries to booking owner events and making the most of your time on park. Warm, approachable, and always ready to help, they ensure that your ownership journey continues to be as enjoyable and effortless as the day you first arrived.
Group Ownership Experience Manager - Samantha has been part of the Waterside family since 2007, bringing over 18 years of passion and experience to the team. She leads the Owners Team and looks after the entire owner journey across the group. Samantha loves building strong relationships and making sure every owner feels valued and supported from day one.
Ownership Experience Receptionist - Part of the Waterside team since 2019, Jade is proud to be part of our friendly and dedicated ownership team, where she supports both current owners and welcomes potential new holiday home owners alongside our Sales team. Jade is on hand to answer day-to-day queries, ensuring owners feel valued and well looked after, and always aims to go the extra mile to make their ownership experience the best it can be. A real highlight for Jade is seeing everyone enjoying themselves at owner events.
Ownership Experience Team - Part of the Waterside family since 2021, starting out in Retail before moving into the Ownership Experience team, Lauren looks after our holiday home owners on park, making sure their stays are enjoyable, stress-free, and full of great memories. Friendly and approachable, Lauren loves chatting with owners and seeing them at the many on-park owner events throughout the year.
Sales Coordinator & Aftersales - Sophie has been part of the team since 2015 and plays a key role in overseeing caravan sales coordination and aftersales. Her experience, dedication, and friendly approach make her a huge asset to the group - always ready to help and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Ownership Experience Receptionist - Jane has been part of the Tregoad family since 2016, bringing years of experience and a deep love for the park to her role in the Owner Experience Team. Having previously worked as Accommodation Manager, she knows Tregoad inside out and has built lasting relationships with many long-standing owners, all of which help her make every owner feel right at home.
Sales Coordinator & Aftersales - Andrew provides essential support to the Sales Team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He plays a crucial role in organising and coordinating the sales process, from initial enquiries to finalising paperwork. Andrew’s attention to detail and dedication help ensure that every step of the journey is seamless for both new and existing owners.
