This year, Waterside is joint third among the holiday park and resort providers featured, with our 80% customer score reflecting both overall satisfaction and customers’ likelihood to recommend us.
For us, this recognition is particularly meaningful because it comes directly from holidaymakers themselves. Which?’s 2026 research surveyed more than 2,200 people about their experiences of UK holiday parks, looking at areas including customer service, accommodation, cleanliness, facilities, activities and entertainment, food and drink, and value for money.
A holiday experience made for you
Which? Highlighted the variety across our four coastal parks in Dorset and Cornwall, from the more grown-up surroundings and country club at Osmington to family-friendly facilities at Chesil Beach.
Our accommodation was also recognised, from spacious caravans with central heating, double glazing and fully equipped kitchens to safari lodges with private hot tubs and log burners.
And there was particular praise for our food and drink offering, which received five stars in the Which? survey.
Being recognised for the fifth consecutive year is a brilliant reflection of the care that goes into creating memorable stays across Waterside. From our park teams and housekeeping teams to our restaurants, activities and guest services, there are hundreds of people working behind the scenes to make every visit special.
