- Campaign Period: This promotion is valid for new purchases completed between Saturday 1st February 2025 and 30th November 2025.
- Eligibility: Available to new customers and existing owners who part exchange.
- Qualifying Purchase: To qualify, customers must purchase a holiday home lodge that is 15 ft or more in width and priced at a minimum of £150,000 or more, excluding any recurring charges.
- Completion Requirement: The purchase must be fully completed by 30th November 2025 to be eligible for the credit.
- Credit Allocation: £2,000 will be uploaded onto the owner’s Waterside owner card upon handover of the qualifying purchase.
- Usage Restrictions: The credit can be used at any of our four parks and is valid for spend in restaurants, bars, activities and spa. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a cash equivalent or be transferred to a bank account.
- Additional Benefit: Each transaction made using the £2,000 credit will accrue the standard 20% owners’ discount back onto the owner’s Waterside owner card for use on future transactions – meaning the total benefit exceeds £2,000.
- Non-transferable: The credit is linked to the owner’s Waterside owner card and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Purchase Requirement: This offer is only available for holiday homes purchased directly from Waterside Group Ltd. Pre-owned holiday homes purchased directly via private sale from any existing owner are not eligible.
