The kitchen struck me first of all – I didn't realise how lovely the kitchens were. That's what struck me straight away. I thought, yeah, I could spend quite a bit of time here. It just really felt like it was a home from home.
They just really do go above and beyond. The process of buying the holiday home was really simple: choose the holiday home and the plot that we wanted, put a deposit down. They gave me a glass of prosecco to celebrate and that was it. Really simple!
