Our Part-Exchange Process

Here's how it works when you part-exchange with Waterside....

1. Book an appointment. Arrange a day and time that suits you to experience a day on park as an owner (including a £30 lunch voucher) and take a tour of the park.

2. Discovery. Chat with our Sales Team to understand exactly what you are looking for and what's important to you so they can make the best recommendations for you.

3. Appraisal. We'll arrange an appraisal of your existing holiday home to contribute towards your deposit. 

4. View Pitches and Stock. View available holiday homes and pitches at the park of your choice and narrow down your wish list.

5. Explore Finance Options. Discuss the finance details and the options available to you with our Sales Team to find the best solution for you.
